Mr. Can Acarlar

Mr. Can Acarlar is the Founding President  of EDS Consulting Ltd. Before founding  EDS Mr. Can Acarlar worked at General   Electric Company from April 1985 to January 2000 Before that he worked for the Turkish Government Industrial facilities which  include Copper Mine Works and Steel  Mills as a trade expert. Mr.Acarlar joined  GE in   1985 as Business Development   Manager International Operations. He  supported and assisted the various GE components   for interfacing to Turkish  Market.  These include Drive Systems,  Medical Systems, Transportation Systems, Lighting Groups,   Trading, Government  Services, Oil & Gas, Marine Industry and Power Systems. Mr.Acarlar became Assistant  General  Manager   in 1994 Under  Power Systems;  He represented GE Hydro for US  and  Canadian bi-lateral Government protocol for  Hydro  Projects  Development and   Developing Thermal Power Plants.

Mr.Can Acarlar graduated from Ankara Middle Eastern Management Institute (TODAI)  School of Business Administration. He   served in the Boards of Turkish  American  Association for 11 years and Turkish American Businessmen Association for  4   years. Also he is a Founding President of Toastmasters International in  Ankara- Turkey
