As the founder and general manager of EDS Company, he has been providing consultancy services to local and international investors and project developers on the development of energy and large infrastructure projects since 2000.

Between 1985 and 2000, he worked as the business development manager of General Electric Power Systems.

Before 1985, he worked as an assistant purchasing specialist at Black Sea Copper Mine Works and as an assistant sales specialist at Ereğli Iron and Steel Works.

He graduated from TODAIE- SIYO Public Administration in 1978.

He served on the boards of the Turkish American Association and the Turkish American Businessmen Association.

He is married and has one child.
